Welcome to Helium Repurposed

This site aims to be a complete repository for information and guides for taking abandoned Helium (HNT) miners and giving them purpose. Most of the work here was inspired by the desire to reuse this hardware for Meshcore or Meshtastic, but some people might find a miner interesting for the simple reason that it was a Raspberry Pi 4 they could buy cheap, in a nice enclosure.

Crankk

The Crankk project, positioned as a replacement for Helium/HNT but now itself defunct due to some blockchain bankruptcy, has a ton of useful information about various Helium devices, example. Grabbing a mirror would probably be good.

Mirror everything

On that note, any official information from vendors might go away at any time as several producers/sellers of Helium devices appear to have gone bankrupt over the last few years. Please feel free to mirror PDFs to this site!
